Migration and deposition mechanism of microorganisms in porous media
As the core medium and carrier mainly controlling the biogeochemical process of the migration and transformation of hydrochemical components in soil and groundwater, the migration law and deposition mechanism of microorganisms in porous media are the key factors affecting the evolution of groundwater quality and soil pollution transport.Understanding the transport and deposition of microorganisms in subsurface media is crucial for the prevention and protection of groundwater and soil pollu-tion.Based on the retrieval of relevant research at domestic and international, the research status and progress of microbial mi-gration and deposition in porous media are systematically summarized from four aspects:microbial migration and deposition theory, numerical model, main control factors, and main research and analysis methods. The review aims to better understand the migration behavior of microorganisms in the subsurface environment, and provides a basis and reference for future research on the migration and deposition of microorganisms in porous media.
