修复后场地用作绿地的安全性分析

为保障修复后场地用作绿地的安全性,本研究分析了不同修复场景下的场地再利用风险点。结果表明:①管理不到位和客观条件导致的污染物含量波动使修复效果存在不确定性;②物理修复设施与建筑结构之间的位置、结构、稳定性等因素相互影响;③残留污染、修复药剂对人体、环境、建筑有影响;④修复后土壤环境指标变化导致植物生长环境变化、植物种类选择受限。根据风险点分类提出以下安全利用措施及建议:①提前收集场地修复资料,合理安排勘察重点内容,充分考虑前期勘察结果及实际情况,保障工程建设安全;②修复后场地中植物种植土壤需达到绿化种植土标准,保障植物生长环境健康;③因地制宜地建立修复后场地环境监管机制,降低污染扩散或反弹风险;④编制修复后场地用作绿地的安全利用标准,规范行业发展,保障绿地建设全流程的人体、环境、工程安全。
Safety analysis of post-remediation contaminated site as green space
In order to ensure the safety of the post-remediation contaminated site as a green space,the reuse risk points under different restoration scenarios was studied.The results showed that:① The fluctuations in pollutant content caused by inade-quate management and objective conditions created uncertainty in the remediation effect;② There was mutual influence between the location,structure,stability,and other factors between physical remediation facilities and building structures;③ There were impacts of residual pollution and remediation agents on human health,environment,and buildings;④ The changes in soil environmental indicators after remediation lead to changes in plant growth environment and limited selection of plant species.The following safety utilization measures and saggestions were proposed based on the classification of risk points:① Collect post-remediation contaminated site information in advance,rationally arrange the key contents of the investi-gation,fully consider the preliminary investigation results and actual conditions,and ensure the safety of the engineering construction;② The planting soil in the postremediation contaminated site should meet the standard of green planting soil to ensure the health of the plant growth environment;③ Establish the postremediation contaminated site environmental supervi-sion mechanism according to local conditions to reduce the risk of pollution diffusion or rebound;④ Develop safety utilization standards for the post-remediation contaminated site as a green space,standardize the development of the industry,and ensure the safety of human body,environment and engineering in the whole process of green space construction.
