Effects of planting density and nitrogen application rate on production performance and nutritional quality of triticale in Huangzhong area of Qinghai Province
In order to learn the effects of planting density and nitrogen application rate on the growth and nutritional quality of triticale in alpine and barren areas, the triticale planted in Huangzhong area of Qinghai Province was used as the experimental material, and different nitrogen application rates and planting densities were set up.The production performance indexes(hay yield, branch number, plant height)and nutritional quality indexes(acid detergent fiber, neutral detergent fiber, soluble sugar, crude protein)of triticale were determined.Through multiple comparison, grey correlation degree and response surface optimization comprehensive analysis, the best cultivation conditions were selected. The results showed that:① By comparing the production performance and nutritional quality of triticale under different planting densities,it was preliminarily judged that when the planting density was 4.008 million basic seedlings/hm2,the production performance index of triticale was the best, and when the planting density was 3.595 million basic seedlings/hm2,the nutritional quality of triticale was better.② By com-paring the production performance and nutritional quality of triticale under different nitrogen application rates, the content of crude protein(9.93%)was the highest at a nitrogen application rate of 240.00 kg/hm2,which was significantly higher than other treatments, except for no significant difference from a nitrogen application rate of 264.87 kg/hm2.③ Multiple comparisons under interaction and grey correlation analysis showed that under the planting density of 3.595 million basic seedlings/hm2 and the nitrogen application rate of 240.00 kg/hm2,the comprehensive performance of triticale was the best, and the constructed regression prediction model supported this conclusion.
