智慧教育背景下国际中文学习者在线学习社会支持研究

智慧教育背景下,建立人机环境中的社会支持系统对提高学生的学习投入具有重要意义.研究显示,在线国际中文学习者领悟社会支持和学习投入呈极其显著正相关,其中在线学习共同体支持、家人支持与在线学习投入呈极其显著正相关,朋友支持与在线学习投入的相关性不显著.在线教学和传统线下教学中学习者领悟社会支持存在差异,国际中文教育在线学习共同体具有同伴支持缺失、在线学习共同体支持显著低于家人支持和朋友支持的特点,应加强在线同伴互动、提高教师情感支持、鼓励学生在现实中持续与在线学习共同体和本地社区互动,进而构建智慧教育学习共同体和社会支持系统.
The Research on Social Support for Online Learning of International Chinese L2 Learners in the Context of Smart Education
Establishing a social support system in a virtual learning environment is crucial for enhancing students'engagement in Smart Education.This research investigates the relationship between Perceived Social Support(PSS)and learning engagement among online international Chinese L2 learners,summarizing the characteristics of online Chinese learning from this perspective through surveys and interviews.The data demonstrates a strong positive correlation between PSS and online Chinese L2 learners'engagement.Specifically,support from the online learning community,family and learning engagement are significantly and positively correlated,while friend support shows no significant correlation.This paper compares learners'PSS in online and classroom learning,revealing a lack of peer support and lower levels of support from online learning communities compared to family and friend support for international Chinese L2 learners.Suggestions are provided to enhance online peer interaction,improve teachers'emotional support and encourage continued interaction with learning communities online and in reality,aiming to build robust online learning communities and a supportive social system in virtual learning environment.
