The Analysis on the Growth Mechanism and Cultivation Path of Farmers'Self Organization in the Governance of Relative Poverty
The governance of relative poverty is highly compatible with farmers'self-organization in terms of target value,ideological value,and social value.Farmers'self-organization,by stimulating farmers'endogenous motivation,forms a strong joint force to consolidate and expand the achievements of poverty alleviation and comprehensively promote rural revitalization,and is an important carrier for effectively relieving relative poverty.Deconstructing the growth mechanism of farmers'self-organization is an important prerequisite for cultivating the development of farmers'self-organization.However,in practice,due to the limitations of farmers'own development,the imperfect internal system of farmers'self-organization,and the limitations of rural governance environment,the development of farmers'self-organization has fallen into a dilemma of insufficient motivation.Therefore,from the perspective of internal cultivation paths,we should construct the public spirit of farmers'self-organization,standardize the self construction of farmers'self-organization,and play the core role of grassroots Party organizations in leading Party building,in order to promote the standardized development of farmers'self-organization.From the perspective of external support networks,we should adopt cultural governance methods and multiple measures to cultivate and support farmers'self-organization,enhance its development momentum,and contribute to alleviating relative poverty and promoting rural revitalization.
