人才兴则教育兴,教育兴则国家兴,故强国必先强教,强教必先强师.在我国人才事业的战略地位引领下,以高质量发展赋能教育强国战略体现了我国教师教育的时代定位与使命担当.为充分发挥在教育现代化进程中的先导性、基础性作用,当前我国教师教育亟需正视并克服在专业知识体系、实践课程设置、高水平创新性改革、公费师范生制度等方面仍旧存在的诸多挑战与瓶颈问题,探索一条在思想建设、实践模式、协同策略、管理机制上全面革新的中国特色现代化强教之路.
Empowering the Strategy for a Powerful Country in Education with High-Quality Teacher Education:Logic,Challenges,and Practical Pathways
When talent flourishes,education prospers.when education prospers,a nation thrives.Therefore,to strengthen a nation,its education must first be fortified,and to fortify education,its educators must be empowered.Under the strategic leadership role of talent development in our country,the emphasis on high-quality development to empower the strategy for a powerful country in education signifies the temporal positioning and mission of our teacher education.To fully exert its leading and foundational role in the modernization of education,current teacher education in our country urgently needs to address and overcome various challenges and bottlenecks that still exist in areas such as the professional knowledge system,practical curriculum settings,high-level innovative reforms,and the state-funded teacher training system.It is imperative to explore a comprehensive path of modern teacher education strengthening with Chinese characteristics,focusing on ideological construction,practical models,collaborative strategies,and management mechanisms.
