The Realistic Sample and Cultivation Path of Teacher Trainees'Vocational Competence in Universities in the New Era——Taking History Major as an Example
Cultivation of teacher trainees'vocational ability is the basic work of teacher educa-tion in colleges and universities,and it is also the proper meaning of building a high-quality teaching force in the new era.The level of professional competence not only reflects the investment of colleges and universities in the training of teacher trainees,but also has a direct bearing on the future career development prospects of teacher trainees.Based on the history major,we analyzed the reality of professional competence cultivation of teacher trainees in colleges and universities,clarified the new requirements and target orientation of their cultivation and practice,took the cultivation of teachers'moral practice ability as the foundation,the cultivation of teaching practice ability as the way,the cultivation of comprehensive educating ability as the goal,and the cultivation of independent development ability as the basis,identified the problems of cultivating professional competence of teacher trainees,and put forward the countermeasures.The problems in the cultivation of teacher's professional competence of teacher students are identified and countermeasures are proposed.
