跨文化复合型国际中文教育人才培养体系构建研究——基于"以武传文 文理融通"教学理念的实践与探索

在群体多元文化背景和个体多语学习差异影响下,国际中文教育颇受学界关注.在梳理国际中文教育发展历史演变和总结国际中文教育人才培养现实困境的基础上,提出"以武传文文理融通"的教学理念,并通过对个案研究成功经验的分析,探索区域文化特色课程体系建设、开展"国际中文教育"第二学士学位教育、完善"国际中文教育微专业"项 目建设、实施书院制管理模式、建设多学科交叉平台等,构建跨文化复合型国际中文教育人才培养体系,有效利用多学科的新理论、新技术和新方法促进国际中文教育人才培养可持续高质量发展.
Cultivation System Construction for Cross-cultural Compound Talents in International Chinese Language Education——A Study on International Chinese Language Education Based on the Idea of"Integrating Arts and Sciences with Martial Arts"
The influence of multi-cultural background and individual multi-lingual learning differences on the teaching effect of International Chinese Language Education has attracted more and more attention.Based on the review of the development of International Chinese Language Education,the teaching concept of"Integrating Arts and Sciences with Martial Arts"has been proposed.Through analyzing the successful case studies,this paper explores the construction of the curriculum system with regional cultural characteristics,carries out the second bachelor's degree education of International Chinese Language Education,improves the construction of the"International Chinese Language Education Micro-specialty"project,implements the academy system management model,and builds a multi-disciplinary cross-platform,with a view to using multi-disciplinary theories,new methods,and new technologies to promote the sustainable and high-quality development of International Chinese Language Education to construct the cultivation system for cross-culture compound international talents.
