国际中文教育标准体系:内涵、框架及推进策略

摘要
构建国际中文教育标准体系是新时代国际中文教育提质增效高质量发展的方向和路径,也是提升中华优秀语言文化国际影响力的重要举措.基于标准化理论、一般系统理论和国际中文教育工程化理论,阐释国际中文教育标准体系框架的内涵概念与外延,构建新时代国际中文教育标准体系框架模型,并对该体系中的对象和对象间的关系进行论述,同时,对未来国际中文教育标准化建设在工作思维、标准化体系构建和实施保障等方面提出标准引领、认证通行,专业规范、政策关照,多边合作、广泛磋商,需求牵引、科研驱动,学术支持、工程应用的因应对策,为指导国际中文教育的教学、学习、测试和评估提供抓手,同时也为提升国际中文教育质量、深化国际认知建言献策.
Abstract
Building an international Chinese education standard system is the direction and path for the high-quality development of international Chinese education in the new era,and it is also an important measure to enhance the international influence of excellent Chinese language and culture.Based on Standardization Theory and Engineering Theory,the connotation concept and extension of standard system framework are explained,and the framework model of the new era is built.This paper proposes countermeasures in the aspects of working thinking,standardization system construction and implementation guarantee,providing guidance for the teaching,learning,testing and evaluation of international Chinese education,and promoting the improvement of education quality and deepening of international cognition.
