摘要

在推动国际中文教育发展的进程中,一个非常重要的环节就是在完善国际中文教育标准体系的同时,加强与国外语言教学标准的对接问题.基于对国内外有影响的口语大纲的全面梳理和评析,可以发现已有汉语口语等级大纲存在的问题,进而提出构建新标准的原则和方法.汉语口语等级标准的确立应该遵循口语能力总体描述与分项描述相结合的原则以及语言应用能力与交际功能和交际任务相结合的原则,建立完整的专业评估与自评体系,这对于国际中文教育发展具有重要的实践价值.

Abstract

Under the development of international Chinese language education,it is very important for Chinese language teaching standards to joint track with the international ones.Based on the overall review and analysis of the influential oral benchmarks at home and abroad,the problems in the existing oral Chinese benchmark can be found,and then the principles and methods for constructing new standards could be proposed.The establishment of the Chinese oral benchmark should follow the principle of combining the overall description and itemized description of oral ability,and the principle of combining language application ability with communicative functions and communicative tasks,and establish a complete professional evaluation and self-evaluation system,which has important practical value for the development of international Chinese language education.
