The Impact of Work-family Conflict on Parental Burnout:Moderated Mediation Model
To explore the impact of work-family conflict on parental burnout and the mediating effect of marriage quality and the moderating effect of family economic status,321 parents in primary and secondary schools in Guangxi were investigated by using the work-family conflict scale,marital quality questionnaire,parental burnout scale,and socioeconomic status questionnaire.Results:(1)Marital quality played a partial mediating role in the influence of work-family conflict on parental burnout;(2)Subjective socioeconomic status played a moderating role in the path of marital quality-parental burnout in the mediation model;(3)Objective socioeconomic status played a moderating role in the work-family conflict,marital quality path,work-family conflict and parental burnout of the intermediary model.
