摘要
为探究工作家庭冲突对家长养育倦怠的影响以及婚姻质量的中介效应和家庭经济地位的调节作用,采用工作家庭冲突量表、婚姻质量问卷、养育倦怠评估量表、社会经济地位问卷对广西中小学的321名家长进行调查.结果显示:(1)婚姻质量在工作家庭冲突对养育倦怠的影响之间起部分中介作用;(2)主观社会经济地位在中介模型的婚姻质量—养育倦怠路径中起调节作用;(3)客观社会经济地位在中介模型的工作家庭冲突—婚姻质量路径、工作家庭冲突—养育倦怠路径中都起调节作用.
Abstract
To explore the impact of work-family conflict on parental burnout and the mediating effect of marriage quality and the moderating effect of family economic status,321 parents in primary and secondary schools in Guangxi were investigated by using the work-family conflict scale,marital quality questionnaire,parental burnout scale,and socioeconomic status questionnaire.Results:(1)Marital quality played a partial mediating role in the influence of work-family conflict on parental burnout;(2)Subjective socioeconomic status played a moderating role in the path of marital quality-parental burnout in the mediation model;(3)Objective socioeconomic status played a moderating role in the work-family conflict,marital quality path,work-family conflict and parental burnout of the intermediary model.
