The Progress and Prospects of Research on International Chinese Education Standards
Research on international Chinese education standards is a crucial focus in the study of international Chinese education in the new era.Strengthening research on international Chinese education standards is an objective necessity and an essential path to promote the high-quality development of international Chinese education.Based on a review of the historical context of research on international Chinese education standards,this study attempts to provide a systematic overview of the progress in this area within China in recent years.The research reveals prominent issues in the current state of international Chinese education standards research,including a relatively weak foundation in theoretical studies,a need for enhanced macro-systemic research,unexplored research domains,and the absence of a well-defined research paradigm.It suggests that future research on international Chinese education standards should deepen the foundational theoretical studies,strengthen macro-systemic research,expand research domains,and accelerate the establishment of a research paradigm for international Chinese education standards.
