Rural Primary School Education Resource Allocation Problems and Countermeasure Suggestions——A Case Study of G Province
Rural revitalization cannot be separated from the revitalization of rural education,and the revitalization of rural education requires the reasonable allocation of educational resources.Taking the issue of resource allocation in rural elementary school in Province G as the object of research,through questionnaire surveys and field visits,the current situation of education development and resource allocation in rural elementary school in Province G is sorted out,and it is understood that the development of education in rural elementary school in Province G has achieved great results,and there are advantages in terms of hardware and facilities,the average teacher-to-student ratio,and the educational resources of rural specialties.However,there are still outstanding problems in the allocation of educational resources,which are mainly manifested in the risk of withdrawal of some schools,limited and uneven distribution of educational resources,insufficient stability and structural unevenness of the teaching force,and limited teaching resources and their utilization.Using the gray model GM(1,1)to predict the population trend of rural elementary school and the number of teachers in Province G from 2024 to 2035,combined with the current situation of resource allocation in rural elementary school in Province G and the results of the model prediction to give advice and suggestions on the allocation of educational resources in rural elementary school,expecting to fully explore rural educational resources,make institutional and policy adjustments,it is expected that by fully exploring rural education resources,making institutional and policy adjustments,rationally allocating teacher resources,promoting education informatization,and vigorously promoting rural revitalization and other five aspects of the efforts to solve the problem of rural elementary school education resource allocation in Province G as a starting point,to help promote the development and revitalization of rural elementary school education in Province G,and to realize the dual-frequency resonance between rural education revitalization and rural revitalization,and provide valuable experience and insights into the national rural education resource allocation challenges.
