Review and Prospect of the Research on the Professional Development of International Chinese Teachers in the 21st Century
Since the beginning of the 21st century,the professional development of international Chinese teachers has attracted academic attention.Based on constructivist theory,a new concept and paradigm for the professional development of international Chinese teachers have been preliminarily established.Beneficial explorations have been made in the fields of development connotation,influencing factors,path methods,etc.,and fruitful research results have been achieved.Future research will focus on issues such as international Chinese teacher standards,professional development drivers,guarantee systems,and evaluation systems,using a combination of empirical and speculative research methods to promote interdisciplinary research,expand research perspectives,and form an open,integrated,and innovative new pattern of international Chinese teacher professional development research.
