A Study on the Indicator System of Practical Ability of Professional Teachers in Application-Oriented Universities
To explore the practical ability of professional teachers in application-oriented universities,researchers should start the investigation from the specific fields of application-oriented universities and the specific positions of professional teachers.It is also necessary to generalize the different elements of practical ability and reshape its structure by analyzing various practical activities.Based on the understanding of the essential characteristics and valuable significance of practical ability,this paper constructs a practical ability indicator system of professional teachers in application-oriented universities,which includes 5 primary indicators—basic practical ability,educational practical ability,professional practical ability,situational practical ability,and practical development ability,and 36 secondary indicators.It aims to accurately reflect the current situation of the practical ability composition of professional teachers in Chinese application-oriented universities,and make an effective evaluation on this.
