Construction of evaluation index system and building path of international consumption center city based on entropy weight method
The evaluation index system of international consumption center city is constructed in consideration of its con-notation and characteristics,which includes 5 first-level indexes(international popularity,urban prosperity,commercial activity,arrival convenience and consumption comfort)and 21 second-level indexes.Each index is then weighted with entropy weight method and finally the comprehensive evaluation index system is constructed.Five pilot international con-sumption center cities,i.e.,Beijing,Shanghai,Tianjin,Guangzhou and Chongqing,are selected to calculate the compre-hensive index and ranking,and the five cities are compared and analyzed in the comprehensive and subdivided dimen-sions respectively.Based on the above,the path for building domestic cities into international consumption center cities is proposed from four aspects of consumption supply,consumption environment,consumption culture and consumption in-dustry.
