Collaborative governance model and mechanism of urban low-value recyclable waste:a multi-case study based on T City
In the management of urban low-value recyclable waste, the multi-party collaborative governance mechanism is an important topic in current theoretical research and practical exploration.Under the framework of"action environment-governance structure-service validity"constructed by the organizational sociology, interactive governance theory and synergy theory of the new institutionalism school, this paper studies the governance model of urban low-value recyclable waste and explores the long-term governance mechanism based on the multi-case study of T City. The results show that the infrastructure construction of low-value recyclable waste governance is relatively backward at the present stage. And there are four types of collaborative governance models:dependent model, driven model, collaborative model and co-governance model, which are different in service effect.Long-term collaborative governance depends on the degree of cooperation between local government and market entity. What's more, promoting the coordination and interaction among administrative mechanism, market mechanism and community mechanism is conducive to long-term collaborative governance of urban low-value recyclable waste.
