高管团队稳定性对绿色技术创新的影响研究

绿色技术创新是推动绿色低碳发展的重要方式,如何促进绿色技术创新是企业实现高质量发展的关键.以 2012-2021 年沪深两市A股制造业上市公司为样本,探讨高管团队稳定性对企业绿色技术创新的影响.实证发现:高管团队的适度稳定能够显著促进企业的绿色技术创新,但是过于稳定的高管团队会抑制绿色技术创新,即二者存在倒U型关系;中介效应检验表明,高管团队稳定性可以通过提高企业数字化转型程度促进绿色技术创新;异质性分析发现,在高科技企业、非重污染企业中,高管团队稳定性与绿色技术创新的倒U型关系更为显著.研究结论可为微观企业绿色技术创新实践提供指导.
Impact of executive team stability on green technology innovation
Green technology innovation is an important way to promote green and low-carbon development.Facilitating green technology innovation is the key for enterprises to achieve high-quality development.Taking Shanghai and Shenzhen A-share listed manufacturing companies from 2012 to 2021 as samples,this paper explores the influence of executive team stability on enterprise green technology innovation.The empirical findings are as follows.Moderate stability of executive team can significantly promote enterprise green technology innovation.However,excessive stability will inhibit green technology innovation,and there is an inverted U-shaped relationship between the two.The mediation effect test shows that executive team stability can partially promote green technology innovation by increasing the extent of enterprise digital transformation.Heterogeneity analysis shows that the inverted U-shaped relationship between executive team stability and green technology innovation is more significant in high-tech enterprises and non-heavily polluting enterprises.These findings provide guidance for the micro-level practice of green technology innovation among enterprises.
