运动训练科学化是运动训练实践不断提高质量和效益,实现对比赛成绩更大程度预测和控制的过程,既涉及经验向科学的迈进,也涉及科学向科学应用的延伸.实践、科学和艺术是运动训练科学化的 3 个基本要素,运动训练科学化可分为 3 个阶段,第 2 个阶段在不断借助自然科学成果推进的同时,运动训练科学化已开启第 3 阶段.在第 3 个阶段,运动训练科学化将更大程度发挥社会科学的价值,更加注重教练员在科学应用中的作用,更加注重科学的转化与传播.我国运动训练的科学化可以从系统构建教练员培养体系、打造实践导向的科学化训练共同体、多方机构多方人员相向而行、优化体育专业人才培养体系 4 个方面进行推进.
The scientific advancement of sports training refers to the continuous improvement of the quality and effectiveness of sports training practices,aiming to enhance the predictability and control of competitive performance.This process involves both a shift from experience to science and an extension from scientific knowledge to scientific application.Practice,science and art are the three basic elements of the scientization of sports training.The scientization of sports training can be divided into three phases.While the second stage continues to advance with the aid of achievements in natural sciences,the scientific advancement of sports training has already entered the third stage.In the third stage,the scientific aspect of sports training will further leverage the value of social science,placing greater emphasis on the role of coaches in scientific application,and prioritizing the translation and dissemination of scientific knowledge.In China,the scientific advancement of sports training involves the systematic development of coach training systems,the establishment of practice-oriented scientific training communities,collaborative efforts among various organizations and personnel,and the optimization of the training system for sports professionals to achieve high-quality progress.
