The purchase of public sports services by the government is an important link in comprehensively deepening reform in the field of sports and promoting the modernization of sports governance.By using the methods of literature,interview and field investigation,The dilemmas in the process of high-quality development of public sports services purchased by China's government are characterized as increasingly sound policy protection,but the lack of relevant laws hinders the overall implementation of the purchased services;the number of purchases tends to increase,but too many non-competitive purchases detract from the overall performance of the services;the gradual growth of social organizations,but their own lack of capacity is difficult to ensure the quality of public services;extensive public participation,but the failure of expression leads to the distortion of the content of the purchased services.The public participates widely,but the failure of expression leads to the distortion of the service content.Analyzing the formation mechanism of the predicament phenomenon,it is not difficult to find that the lack of government function transformation is the root cause of the predicament,the environmental constraints on the development of social organizations is the cause of the predicament,and the lack of social public participation channels is the driving force of the predicament.In order to promote the high-quality development of public sports services purchased by the government in China,it is proposed to shape a capable government and strengthen its responsibility;activate social organizations and realize their functions;and collaborate with the public and promote the upgrading of efficiency.
