China's sports industry is in a critical opportunity period for high-quality development,and strong and effective policy support is the necessary power base for the high-quality development of the sports industry.This paper used 28 provinces(autonomous regions and municipalities)sports industry policy text data as a sample,adopted the LDA thematic model to explore the core elements in the sample,and used the QCA method to explore the policy combination mode and change path for the high-quality development of sports industry.The study found that:the policy configuration for the high-quality development of China's sports industry consists of"3 tools+9 elements",which requires the organic combination and synergy of multiple policy tools;the supply-demand quality change path,the environment-demand power change path and the supply-demand-environment efficiency change path are the three major policy adaptation paths to achieve the high-quality development of the sports industry;the regional combination of sports industry policies is highly heterogeneous,and policy formulation and implementation should be based on regional factor endowments,tailored to local conditions,complementary advantages and precise matching,so as to enhance the effect of policy support.
