The digital strategic transformation of the sports goods manufacturing industry is an effective way to implement the national dual-carbon strategy goals and promote green and low-carbon transformation and development.By using literature review and field investigation, this study analyzed the types, development paths, and guarantee mechanisms of digital strategic transformation in the sports goods manufacturing industry under the dual-carbon goals. The study suggests that based on green and low-carbon technology exploration and digital technology empowerment, there are four types of digital transformation:digital ecological guidance, data resource-led,low-carbon process transformation, and low-carbon product optimization. For each type of transformation, the study proposes respectively to establish a green production supply chain system covering the target industry upstream and downstream,to explore green and low-carbon innovation for the sports and tourism industry transformation model,to drive the carbon reduction of the energy industry in sports goods manufacturing through digital technology, and to promote the coordinated development path of green and low-carbon innovation and digital technology. To coping with the technological bottleneck of enterprise carbon reduction, the study proposes building a green digital ecosystem supported by digital technology, establishing a digital organizational structure guaranteed by a data center, cultivating the digital dynamic capability of enterprises to adapt to new management situations, and exploring the guarantee mechanism of a digital talent cultivation model with"digital people"as the subject.
