激发乡村体育内生发展动力,实现乡村新内生式发展是推动乡村振兴的重要路径选择.运用文献资料、逻辑分析等方法,厘清新内生发展理论模式下乡村体育发展的价值意蕴与行动策略.新内生发展模式下乡村体育发展的价值在于升级乡村体育产业结构,助推产业兴旺;发挥乡村体育绿色生态,致力生态宜居;提升乡村体育文化品位,促进乡风文明;推动乡村体育依法治理,实现治理有效;培育乡村体育消费业态,推动生活富裕.行动策略包括从主体层面推动赋能增效,促进内外联动联结;价值层面丰富赛事供给,增加居民认同参与;行动层面发挥资源优势,完善基础设施建设;结构层面加强要素调整,统筹城乡区域协同等.
Abstract
To stimulate the endogenous development power of rural sports and realize the new endogenous development of rural areas is an important path choice to promote rural revitalization.By using the methods of literature and logical analysis,this paper clarifies the value implication and action strategy of rural sports development under the new endogenous development theory model.The value of rural sports development under the new endogenous development model is to upgrade the structure of rural sports industry and promote the prosperity of the industry.Give full play to the green ecology of rural sports,and strive to be ecologically livable;improve the quality of rural sports culture and promote rural civilization;promote the governance of rural sports according to law and achieve effective governance;cultivate rural sports consumption formats and promote a prosperous life.From the main level:promote empowerment and efficiency,and promote internal and external linkages;From the value level:enrich the supply of events and increase the participation of residents'identity;From the action level:give full play to resource advantages and improve infrastructure construction;From the structural level:strengthen the adjustment of factors,coordinate urban and rural regional coordination and other action strategies.
