From the perspective of value co-creation theory,this study used the methods of literature,interview and logic deduction to explore the game problem of the interest subjects in the China Volleyball League,aimed at promoting the cooperation and coordination among the interest subjects.It is found that the interests body of the China Volleyball League include the Chinese Volleyball Association,clubs and consumers.Due to the different interests of each party,there is a game of interests.At present,the China Volleyball League faces the following problems:Not paying enough attention to the important role of consumers,clubs and other relevant stakeholders in league development.Lack of effective incentive and supervision mechanism,it is difficult to promote the behavioral self-discipline and norms of each interest subject.Lack of effective multi-party cooperation and coordination mechanism,it is difficult to achieve multi-faceted synergies.Finally,the paper puts forward two adaptive strategies to promote the interests of the China Volleyball League from interest game to balance:Pay attention to the role of multiple interests,build multi-party cooperation and value sharing cooperation;Construct the league incentive and supervision mechanism to enhance the enthusiasm and initiative of interest subjects.
