The key to accelerating the interdisciplinary theme learning of PE and health is teaching.By using the methods of literature and logical analysis,in view of the problems existing in the current interdisciplinary thematic learning of PE and health,this paper analyzed the teaching value,teaching dilemma and teaching strategies of interdisciplinary thematic learning of PE and health.The teaching value of interdisciplinary thematic learning of PE and health is the inevitable requirement of cultivating new generation,it is a powerful starting point to implement the integration of'learning,practice and competition'and a source of motivation to cultivate students'higher-order thinking.The main teaching dilemma in the current interdisciplinary theme learning of PE and health is the teachers'knowledge reserve is insufficient,One-sided teaching content and situational distortion,Teaching methods and means are single,Interdisciplinary teaching resources are insufficient and the operability of teaching evaluation is not strong.Five optimization strategies are put forward from teaching:First,strengthen the problem awareness of PE teachers and improve interdisciplinary teaching ability;Second,pay attention to the compilation of interdisciplinary teaching materials and situational creation to improve the quality of teaching;Third,explore the problem-oriented interdisciplinary teaching mode and promote the innovation of interdisciplinary teaching methods;Fourth,enhance the synergy effect to obtain support from all parties and promote the sustainable development of teaching resources;Fifth,optimize the operability of evaluation and promote the integration of'teaching evaluation'.
