By using the methods of literature and logic analysis,the concept and function classification of high-intensity training are analyzed,and the practical application orientation is put forward.Based on the clear essential characteristics of training intensity,duration and training methods,it is considered that high-intensity training is a comprehensive physical training system with training intensity greater than the anaerobic threshold or the maximum lactic acid homeostasis,relatively short duration,and diversified training methods.It covers a variety of training models with functional differences.Based on the differences in essential characteristics and practical effects,high-intensity training can be divided into five training models:high-intensity interval,endurance,resistance,sprint and functional training,which can be applied to specific groups and scenes to develop training effects such as improving aerobic and anaerobic systems,muscle strength or overall physical quality.In terms of classification function,sport demand,training arrangement,training content and training innovation,high-intensity training is oriented towards future application to meet the demands of precise selection,special physical fitness,compound training,integrated design and scientific process.Quantitative subdivision of training intensity,specialized application of functional effect,single model interactive practice,reasonable arrangement of training sections and innovative development of training model can promote the development of specialized training models and targeted functional practice of high-intensity training.
