摘要

目的:分析足球运动对小学生社会适应的影响,及自尊在这一过程中的中介效应和DRD2 基因多态性的调节效应.方法:对 341 名 3~4年级小学生(实验组 174 人,对照组 167 人)进行自尊和社会适应的量表测量,并进一步对其中 165 人(实验组 106 人,对照组 59 人)采用Sanger法进行DRD2 基因多态性检测.实验组进行两学期的足球运动干预,对照组只参加以身体素质锻炼为主的常规体育活动.使用方差分析,检验实验过程中各研究指标的变化情况,使用AMOS和PROCESS程序进行自尊的中介效应及DRD2 基因多态性的调节效应分析.结果:(1)在自尊与社会适应上,组别×时间交互效应非常显著,实验组与对照组的自尊与社会适应水平均显著提升,但实验组的提升幅度更大;(2)同常规体育活动相比,自尊在足球运动与社会适应之间发挥更大的部分中介效应;(3)同DRD2 CC基因型相比,对于携带T等位基因的儿童,自尊的中介效应量提升了 0.134.结论:同常规体育活动相比,足球运动在促进小学生自尊和社会适应发展上的效果更好;足球运动能更多地通过自尊这一路径对小学生的社会适应产生积极影响;携带DRD2 T等位基因的儿童能在足球运动中获得更多的自尊提升,进而更好地促进社会适应.

Abstract

Objective:The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of football exercise on the social adjustment of primary school students,as well as the mediating effect of self-esteem in this process and the moderating effect of DRD2 gene polymorphism.Methods:The self-esteem and social adjustment scales were measured on 341 primary school students in grades3-4(174 in the EG and 167 in the CG).Further we apply the Sanger sequencing to detect the COMT gene polymorphism of 165 primary school students(106 in the EG and 59 in the CG).The EG conducted football intervention for two semesters,and the CG only participated school physical activities that focused on ordinary physical fitness.ANOVA was used to analyze the change of each research indicator during the experiment,AMOS and PROCESS program was used to analyze the mediating effect of self-esteem and moderating effect of DRD2 gene polymorphism.Results:1)In terms of self-esteem and social adjustment,the group×time interaction effect is very significant,self-esteem and social adjustment levels of the EG and the CG have been significantly improved,but the improvement of the EG is greater;2)Compared with regular physical activities,self-esteem plays a greater mediating effect between football exercise and social adjustment;3)Compared with the DRD2 CC genotype,among students carrying the T allele,the mediating effect of self-esteem increased by 0.134.Conclusions:Compared with regular physical activities,football is more effective in promoting the self-esteem and social adjustment development of primary school students;Football can provide more positive effects for children's social adjustment development through the mediating effect of self-esteem;The carriers of DRD2 T allele can obtain more self-esteem enhancement benefits during football exercise,thereby promoting the development of social adjustment.
