Implementation Opinions on Strengthening and Improving the Work of Youth Campus Football in the New Era issued by Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China and six other departments jointly,which aims to improve the quality of the construction of campus football characteristic schools through a series of policy breakthroughs and measure innovation.In terms of reform conception,by leading the reform of school sports in the new era,give full play to the role of characteristic schools in leading demonstration and experimentation further;deepen the adaptation path of the integration of sports and education,improve the operating mechanism for the cultivation of football talents;promote the high-quality development of campus football,and realize the multi-dimensional educational value conception of"promoting all-round development through sports".In terms of focusing on reality,it is required to meet the needs of national strategy closely,serve actively the strategic deployment of a powerful nation of education,help achieve the goal of becoming a powerful nation of sports,supercharge the comprehensive implementation of healthy China;simultaneously,break the shackles of key conditions for development,promote the reform of football curriculum and teaching model,advance the expansion and quality improvement of the teaching staff,optimize the allocation of venue facilities and funds.This study suggests,at the historical juncture of the new era,the construction of characteristic schools should plan holistically from the three dimensions of government,characteristic schools and the integration of sports and education:adhere to government orientation,systematically plan from the aspects of concept innovation and resource supply;adjust the direction of characteristic schools,advance comprehensively from the level of overall layout and capacity development;conform to the trend of integration of sports and education,and synergize from the perspectives of innovating modes and broadening channels.
