体卫融合养老模式的逻辑理路、基本框架与推进方略

摘要
构建体卫融合养老模式是"十四五"时期构建更高质量养老服务体系的应有之义.运用文献归纳、逻辑分析等研究方法,从理论、历史和实践维度阐述体卫融合养老模式的构建逻辑,明确体卫养融合是破解当前我国老龄化困局之需.在积极应对人口老龄化战略指导下,将"积极老龄化""运动是良医"等理论运用于养老服务,构建体卫融合养老模式基本框架,充分发挥物质、健康、精神三位一体价值功能,进而提出体卫融合养老模式的推进方略:政府兜底,提高体卫融合养老模式协调性;科技助力,提高体卫融合养老模式效益性;环境营造,提高体卫融合养老模式普及性.
Abstract
The construction of a sport-health integrated elderly care model is the proper meaning of constructing a higher-quality elderly service system during the"14th Five-Year Plan"period.Using literature induction,logical analysis and other research methods,explaining the logic of constructing a sport-health integrated elderly care model from theoretical,historical and practical dimensions,to make it clear that the integration of sport-health and nourishment is an urgent need to solve the current aging dilemma in China.Under the guidance of the strategy of actively responding to population aging,we apply the theories of"active aging"and"exercise is medicine"to elderly care services,construct the basic framework of the sport-health integrated elderly care model,give full play to the value function of"material,health and spirituality",and then proposing strategies to promote the sport-health integrated elderly care model:the government will provide the foundation to improve the coordination of the sport-health integrated elderly care model;science and technology will help improve the effectiveness of the sport-health integrated elderly care model;and the environment will be created to improve the popularity of the sport-health integrated elderly care model.
