Research on the Embedding Measurement of Domestic and International Value Chains in the Context of New Development Pattern
In order to improve the statistical measurement and evaluation system of domestic and international value chains in the context of new development pattern,the paper adopted the matrix transformation method and the mixed frequency dynamic factor model to predict the global and domestic input-output tables.Meanwhile,the paper used the value-added decomposition method to construct the indicator system,and measured the process of building a new development pattern from the perspectives of dependency,embedding degree and embedding position.The results indicated that:(1)after joining in the WTO,China's dependence on foreign countries has increased.(2)The strategy of expanding domestic demand has achieved significant results,and the main position of domestic circulation started to take shape.(3)The new development pattern has urged China to shift towards mid-and-high-end processing links.Besides,interregional specialized division of labor has also been gradually formed.Therefore,China needs to fully get the market to work,appropriately allocating resources and utilizing regional resource advantages,so as to raise the level of production specialization,and smoothly process domestic and international circulations.
