摘要

战略性新兴产业是国家未来经济发展的重要驱动力.为测度我国战略性新兴产业发展进程,利用投入产出模型选取新的评价指标,建立产业发展进程多指标评价体系,设计战略性新兴产业进程指数,研判近十年来战略性新兴产业的发展进程.研究表明,2020年我国战略性新兴产业总体符合支柱产业的标准.具体来说,新一代信息技术产业成为新的支柱产业,其支柱作用不断加深;生物产业和节能环保产业成为我国的主导产业;新材料产业和新能源汽车产业加速实现预期目标并发展成"准主导"产业;高端装备制造产业要成为支柱产业还有待进一步发展.

Abstract

Strategic emerging industries are the important driving force for national future economic development.In order to measure the development process of strategic emerging industries in China,the paper used the input-output model to select new evaluation indicators,and established a multi-index evaluation system of industrial development process.Then the paper designed the process index of strategic emerging industries,and assessed the development process in recent ten years.The research showed that,overall,the strategic emerging industries in China were in line with the standards of the pillar industry in 2020.Specifically,the new generation of information technology industry has become a new pillar industry,and the pillaring effect has constantly deepened.The biological industry and the green industry have been national leading industries in China.Meanwhile,the new material industry and the new energy vehicle industry have accelerated and developed as the"quasi-dominant"industries.However,the high-end equipment manufacturing industry need a further development to become a pillar industry.
