From"Three Rural"Policies to Rural"Three Lives"——Evolving Patterns and Lessons from China's Rural"Production-Ecology-Lifestyle"Transformation
Since the implementation of integrated urban-rural planning,China has increasingly emphasized the development levels of rural"three lives".Based on the analysis of the connotations of rural"three lives",this study constructed an indicator system to evaluate the development level of rural"three lives".The results showed that the overall development levels of rural"three lives"in China exhibited a stepwise upward trend.However,56.67%of provincial regions still belonged to the backward and catch-up type.The bottleneck of rural"three lives"development has shifted from lagging lifestyles to lagging production,lifestyles,and ecology.In light of the urban-rural development strategy and the evolution of the"Three Rural"policies,we summarized the evolving patterns of rural"three lives"development,providing insights for rural revitalization during the stage of integrated urban-rural development.
