New Quality Productive Force,High-Quality Human Capital and High-Quality Economic Development

摘要
基于2006-2022年中国31个省份数据,构建新质生产力与经济高质量发展的评价指标体系,并且利用PVAR模型实证检验新质生产力、高质量人力资本与经济高质量发展之间的互动关系.研究发现:新质生产力、高质量人力资本均对经济高质量发展有显著的正向影响;以科技创新为核心的新质生产力在发展过程中对高质量人力资本具有高度依赖性,因此相对于新质生产力,高质量人力资本对于经济发展的贡献程度更高,增加幅度更大;高质量人力资本和新质生产力是推动经济高质量发展的关键因素.
Abstract
Based on the provincial data from China's 31 provinces from 2006 to 2022,this study constructed an evaluation indicator system for new quality productive forces and high-quality economic development,and used the PVAR(Panel Vector Autoregression)model to empirically test the interactive relationship among new quality productive forces,high-quality human capital,and high-quality economic development.The findings showed that,both new quality productive forces and high-quality human capital had a significant positive impact on high-quality economic development.New quality productive forces,centering on scientific and technological innovation,highly depended on high-quality human capital during their development.Therefore,compared to new quality productive forces,high-quality human capital contributed more significantly and increased more substantially to economic development.High-quality human capital and new quality productive forces were key factors in driving high-quality economic development.
