摘要
本文介绍了河钢乐亭3座2922m3高炉工程第二代旋切顶燃式热风炉的工艺设计情况,阐述了其技术特点和应用效果。该热风炉集成了第二代旋切顶燃式热风炉燃烧器、四段式顶燃热风炉结构、热风管道分段式结构、高效格子砖、设置有多种孔型的炉箅子等多项关键技术,满足了2922m3高炉需要的送风温度,热风炉废烟气中NOx排放浓度达到100mg/m3。高炉投产后生产实践表明,采用第二代旋风式顶燃热风炉技术是高炉生产中实现高热风温度、热风炉长寿命、节能环保的有效途径。
Abstract
This paper introduces the technics design situation of the second generation cyclone type top combustion hot blast stove of Hebei Iron and Steel Laoting three 2922m3 blast furnace project,and ex⁃pounds the technical characteristics and application effects. This hot blast stove integrates many key technologies such as the second generation cyclone type top combustion hot blast stove burner, the four-stage hot blast stove structure, the segmented structure of hot blast pipe, high efficiency checker brick, and furnace grill with multiple hole types, which has met the air supply temperature required by 2922m3 blast furnace, the emission concentration of NOx in waste flue gas of hot blast stove reaches 100mg/m3. The production practice after the blast furnace is put into operation shows that using technologies of the second generation cyclone type top combustion hot stove is an effective way to achieve high hot blast tem⁃perature, hot blast stove long life, energy saving and environmental protection in blast furnace production.
