摘要

固体燃料消耗约占烧结生产总能耗的70%~80%,如何降低固体燃料消耗是降低烧结生产过程能耗的关键。目前天钢烧结工序固体燃料消耗为51.49kg/t,与国内先进水平比有较大差距,具有挖潜空间。本文分析了影响天钢烧结工序固体燃料消耗的主要因素,并结合烧结生产实际及设备现状,制定了一系列降低烧结固体燃料消耗的措施。通过提高料层厚度、降低漏风率、提高料温、优化熔剂结构等措施的实施,烧结固体燃料消耗下降至43.36kg/t,取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益。

Abstract

The consumption of solid fuel accounts about for 70%~80%of the total energy consumption in sintering production processes, how to reduce the consumption of solid fuel is the key to reduce the energy consumption of sintering production processes. At present, the consumption of solid fuel of the sintering production processes in Tiangang is 51.49kg/t, compared with the domestic advanced level has a big gap, which has room to tap into their potential. This paper analyzes the main factors that affect the consumption of solid fuel of the sintering production processes in Tiangang, and formulates a series of measures to re⁃duce the sintering solid fuel consumption with the actual of sintering production and equipment status. Through the implementation of measures such as increasing the thickness of the material layer, reducing the air leakage rate, increasing the material temperature and optimizing the structure of flux, the sintering solid fuel consumption is reduced to 43.36kg/t, and good economic and social benefits are achieved.
