摘要

烧结机台车的漏风率是反映烧结机生产状况的重要指标,它会影响到烧结矿的成矿率、燃料消耗、烧结成本、烧结矿的均匀性等。因此降低烧结机台车漏风率是优化烧结生产的重要环节。本文对天钢联合特钢230m2烧结机台车的漏风问题进行了系统分析,确定了烧结机台车的漏风率高的原因,并提出进行了一系列改造措施。通过烧结机台车定期维修制度、台车滑道改造、台车栏板结构改进、烧结生产工艺优化等措施的实施,烧结机台车漏风率由原先的55%左右,降低至35%左右,提高了料层透气性,降低了燃料消耗,为超厚料层烧结奠定了设备基础。目前,天钢联合特钢230m2烧结机的料层厚已达到1000mm。

Abstract

Air leakage rate of sintering machine pallet is an important measure of sintering machine pro⁃duction status, which will affect sinter mineralization rate, fuel consumption, sintering cost, sinter unifor⁃mity etc. Therefore, reducing the air leakage rate of sintering machine pallet is an important link in opti⁃mizing sintering production. This paper systematically analyses the air leakage problem of the 230m2 sin⁃tering machine pallet in Tiangang United Special Steel, determines the reason for the high air leakage rate of the sintering machine pallet, and puts forward a series of transformation measures. Through the im⁃plementation of the regular maintenance system of the sintering machine pallet, the transformation of the pallet slide-way, the improvement of the pallet fence structure , optimization of sintering production pro⁃cess and other measures, the air leakage rate of sintering machine pallet is reduced from previous about 55%to about 35%, which improves the air permeability of material layer, and reducing fuel consumption, laying the equipment foundation for ultra-thick material layer sintering. At present, the material layer thickness of 230m2 sintering machine in Tiangang United Special Steel has reached 1000mm.
