提高中厚板厂上料台架运行稳定性技术改造

本文针对天津钢铁集团有限公司中厚板厂钢坯上料台架导向架导向功能失效、上料台故障率高、存在不合理设计等方面问题进行了分析和论证,对上料台架整体结构提出技术改造方案,并重新进行了设计。改造方案将钢坯上料台架导向架从现有的框架导向轮导向形式改为导向柱导向形式,从而提高了上料台架的强度、改变了液压缸的位置、缩短了液压缸行程。改造方案实施后,上料台架升降平稳,恢复了原有导向功能,降低了提升液压缸的负荷,有效提升了设备运行的稳定性和安全性。
Technical transformation for improving operation stability of the charging table frame in the medium and heavy plate plant
In this paper, the analysis and demonstration are conducted in view of the guiding function failure of the guide carriage of the steel billet charging table frame, the high failure rate of the charging ta⁃ble as well as the unreasonable design in medium and heavy plate plant of Tianjin Iron and Steel Group Co., Ltd., the technical transformation scheme for the overall structure of the charging table frame is pro⁃posed, and which is redesigned. The transformation scheme changes tthe guide carriage of the steel billet charging table frame from the existing frame guide wheel guiding form to the guide column guiding form , so the strength of the charging table frame is enhanced, the position of the hydraulic cylinder is changed and the stroke of the hydraulic cylinder is shortened. After the implementation of the transformation scheme, the charging table frame rises and falls steadily, the original guiding function is restored, the load of the lifting hydraulic cylinder is reduced, and the stability and safety of the equipment operation are effectively improved.
