提高不锈钢无缝管材冷加工产品成材率的研究

天津某生产企业主要产品为冷加工不锈钢无缝管材,在组织不锈钢无缝管材冷加工生产过程中,成品管材存在着比较严重的质量缺陷,造成管材成材率较低下,已经影响到了企业的经济效益。因此,必须要采取措施改变成品管材质量状况。本文介绍了不锈钢无缝管材的冷加工工艺,对不锈钢无缝管材冷加工过程产生的质量缺陷进行了分析汇总,明确了影响管材质量的主要因素,针对管材冷加工关键工序制定了一系列技术和管理改进措施。通过改进措施的实施,降低了不锈钢无缝管材的质量缺陷,提高了成材率,获得了良好的质量和经济效益。
Study on improving the yield of stainless steel seamless pipe cold processing products
The main products of an production enterprise in Tianjin are cold processed stainless steel seamless steel pipes,during organizing the cold processing production of stainless steel seamless steel pipes , the finished steel pipes exist relatively serious quality defects, resulting in a low yield of finished products, which has affected the economic benefits of the enterprise. Therefore measures must be taken to change the quality status of finished pipes. This paper introduces the cold processing technics of stain⁃less steel seamless steel pipes, analyzes and gathers the quality defects caused by the cold processing procedure of stainless steel seamless pipes, identifies the main factors affecting the quality of steel pipes, and formulates a series of technical and management improvement measures for the key processes of cold processing of steel pipes. Through the implementation of the improvement measures, the quality defects of stainless steel seamless steel pipes are reduced, the yield has be increased, and good quality and eco⁃nomic benefits have be obtained.
