降低钢材热镀锌过程锌耗的方法研究

探讨了钢材热镀锌过程降低锌耗的方法,重点研究了降低锌渣、锌灰产生量及热镀锌产品锌耗的措施。结果表明:对于钢带,保证表面清洁、严控锌液温度波动和锌液中铝元素含量、合理选择气刀结构和间隙、优化钢带的行进速度、采用氮气作气刀供气、降低热镀锌钢带漏镀率等,可有效降低锌耗;对于热镀锌钢管、钢结构件,严控钢管烘干温度、优化助镀剂成分及工艺参数、控制锌灰产生量及其含锌量、规范捞锌渣操作工艺、保证钢管内部锌液吹净、降低热镀锌件的漏镀率、合理选择锌锅容量等,可有效降低锌耗。
Study on methods of reducing zinc consumption in hot galvanizing process of steel materials
The method of reducing zinc consumption in hot galvanizing process of steel materials is dis⁃cussed, and the measures of reducing production amount of zinc slag and zinc ash in hot galvanizing pro⁃cess, and zinc consumption of the hot galvanized products are emphatically studied. The results show that:for the steel strip, ensuring the surface cleaning, controlling sternly zinc liquid temperature fluctuation and aluminum element content in zinc liquid, selecting reasonably air knife structure and gap, optimizing the travel speed of the steel strip, using nitrogen as the air knife air supply, reducing the leakage plating rate of hot galvanized steel strip and so on, and the zinc consumption can be effectively reduced;for steel pipes and steel structural parts, controlling sternly the drying temperature of steel pipes, optimizing the composition and process parameters of plating aids, controlling the production amount of zinc ash and its zinc content, standardizing the operation process of removing zinc slag, ensuring that the zinc liquid in⁃side the steel pipes is blown clean, reducing the leakage galvanizing rate of hot galvanized parts, and se⁃lecting reasonably the capacity of zinc pot and so on, the zinc consumption can be effectively reduced.
