虹吸器在浊环水系统旋流井提升泵上的应用

宣化钢铁公司浊环水系统有旋流井和平流池两种形式,均设计有提升泵,其中120吨转炉联合泵站连铸浊环水系统采用旋流井形式,原设计提升泵采用无密封自控自吸泵,但自吸泵每次启泵时间长、难度大,后改为卧式离心泵配套真空泵进行排气、引水,但启泵效果也不佳。本文结合旋流井结构特点,分析了提升泵启泵困难的原因,根据虹吸原理提出了解决旋流井提升泵启泵困难的措施。通过在提升泵吸水系统上设置虹吸器,彻底解决了旋流井提升泵启泵困难的问题,且虹吸器无需电力驱动,无精密电气元件及机械设备,因此对现场环境适应能力较强。
Application of siphon bucket in rotational flow well lift pump of turbid circulating water system
The turbid circulating water system has rotational flow well and flat flow tank two forms in Xua⁃nhua Iron and Steel Company, both of which are designed with lift pumps. Among, the continuous casting turbid circulating water system of the 120 tons converter combined pump station adopt the form of rota⁃tional flow well, the original design adopted an unsealed automatic control self-priming pump as the lift pump, but the self-priming pump takes a long time to start pump each time, and it is very difficult to start the pump, later changed to horizontal centrifugal pump supporting a vacuum pump for exhaust and water diversion, but the starting effect of the pump is also poor. Based on the structural characteristics of the ro⁃tational flow well, this paper analyzes the reasons why it is difficult to start the lift pump, and puts forward measures to solve the difficulty in starting rotational flow well lift pump according to the siphon principle . Through setting siphon bucket on the water absorption system of the lift pump, the difficult problems in starting the rotational flow well lift pump is completely solved, and that the siphon bucket does not need electric drive, also does not have precision electrical components and mechanical equipment, so it has strong adaptability to the on-site environment.
