宣钢2号制氧机分子筛仪控系统优化改造

宣化钢铁公司2号制氧机分子筛原仪控方式为三型仪表控制。随着2号制氧机生产规模的扩大,三型仪表控制方式已不能满足制氧机的控制需求,为此宣化钢铁公司决定将2号制氧机分子筛仪控方式升级为DCS集中控制方式。本文系统分析了三型仪表控制方式的弊端,讲解了DCS控制系统硬件构成和先进的控制功能,并对分子筛仪控升级改造项目实施方案进行了详述。改造项目实施后,三型仪表问题导致的2号制氧机计划外停车事故明显降低,制氧机组运行稳定,氧气、氮气产量大幅提升,为企业带来可观的经济效益。
Optimization and transformation of molecular sieve instrument control system of No.2 oxygen generator in Xuangang
The original instrument control mode of molecular sieve of No.2 oxygen generator in Xuanhua Iron and Steel Company is typeⅢinstrument control. With the expansion of the production scale of No. 2 oxygen generator, the typeⅢinstrument control mode can no longer meet the control requirements of the oxygen generator, therefore, Xuanhua Iron and Steel Company decided to upgrade the instrument con⁃trol mode of molecular sieve of No.2 oxygen generator to DCS centralized control mode. This paper sys⁃tematically analyzes the disadvantages of the type Ⅲ instrument control mode, explains the hardware composition and advanced control functions of the DCS control system, and details the implementation plan of the molecular sieve instrument control upgrading reconstruction project. After the implementation of the transformation project, the unplanned shutdown accidents of the No.2 oxygen generator caused by the problems of the typeⅢinstrument were significantly reduced, the oxygen generator unit operated sta⁃bly, and the output of oxygen and nitrogen increased significantly, and bringing considerable economic benefits to the enterprise.
