摘要
浇注索具被广泛应用在船舶、起重、桥梁等重要领域,因其使用环境复杂,故对浇注索具的破断力以及防腐和疲劳性能都有着严格的要求。浇注索具(如锚缆)因其结构特点易在索节根部发生断裂,为找到影响浇注索具断裂载荷的关键因素,课题组从理论计算和验证试验两方面入手,进行科学的分析和实验设计,较为真实地还原了影响浇注索具断裂载荷的因素,并逐一进行分析。本研究方法有效地排除了对浇注索具断裂载荷影响不大的因素,并针对影响较大的因素制定了改进措施。
Abstract
Socketing steel wire rope is widely used in ships, cranes, bridges and other important fields, because of its use environment is complex, therefore there are strict requirements on the breaking force, anti-corrosion and fatigue performance of steel wire rope. Socketing steel wire rope (such as anchor ca⁃ble) is easy to break at the root of cable joint because of its structural characteristics, in order to find the key factors affecting the breaking load of socketing steel wire rope, the research group carried out scientif⁃ic analysis and experimental design from two aspects of theoretical calculation and verification test , the factors that affect the fracture load of the casting rigging are truly reflected, and analyzed one by one. This research method effectively eliminates the factors that have little influence on the breaking load of Socketing steel wire rope, and formulates improvement measures for the factors that have great influence.
