绿色金融创新、资源配置效率与中国式经济现代化

伴随"双碳"目标的深入推进,绿色金融创新已经成为推动中国式经济现代化的重要途径。文章采用2012-2022年中国284个地级及以上城市样本,实证检验绿色金融创新对中国式经济现代化的影响效应,并分析资源配置效率在二者之间的中介效应。结果表明:绿色金融创新可显著促进中国式经济现代化发展,资源配置效率在绿色金融创新对中国式经济现代化的影响中具有正向中介效应。异质性检验发现,绿色金融创新对中国式经济现代化的推动作用存在明显的地区异质性,表现出东部地区>西部地区>中部地区的特征;绿色金融创新对经济绿色现代化的促进作用较强,对经济开放现代化的推动作用较弱。对此,应建设绿色金融创新高地、提升要素资源配置效率和因地制宜地推动绿色金融创新发展。
Green Finance Innovation,Resource Allocation Efficiency and Chinese-style Economic Modernization
With the deepening of the goals of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality,green finance innovation has become an important way to promote the Chinese-style economic modernization.This paper uses a sample of 284 cities at prefecture level and above in China from 2012 to 2022 to empirically test the impact of green finance innovation on Chinese-style economic mod-ernization,and analyzes the mediating effect of resource allocation efficiency between the two.The results indicate that green fi-nance innovation can significantly promote the Chinese-style economic modernization,and that the efficiency of resource alloca-tion has a positive mediating effect on the impact of green finance innovation on the Chinese-style economic modernization.Het-erogeneity test finds that there is significant regional heterogeneity in the driving effect of green finance innovation on the Chi-nese-style economic modernization,showing a characteristic of eastern region>western region>central region.The green finance innovation has the strongest promoting effect on the green modernization of the economy,but the weaker promoting effect on the opening modernization of the economy.In view of this,the paper proposes suggestions of building an innovative highland for green finance,improving the efficiency of factor resource allocation,and promoting the innovative development of green finance accord-ing to local conditions.
