中国高等教育治理研究的多元特征、演进体系与前沿趋势

高等教育是促进社会进步和构建新发展格局的重要载体,是推进中国式现代化进程的关键性支撑.近年来,围绕中国高等教育治理的研究成果不断涌现,对现有研究文献进行内容挖掘和数据分析有利于发现当前研究的特征、演进体系和未来的研究趋势,对高等教育现代化的实现具有重要意义.基于此,以知识关联为研究切入点,运用文献计量与知识图谱等研究方法,梳理了 2003-2021 年中国高等教育治理研究脉络,从宏观、中观和微观角度对中国高等教育治理研究的多元特征、演进体系和前沿趋势进行计量分析.研究显示:中国高等教育治理研究经历了"学理思考期""借鉴经验期""自主创新期"与"体系构建期"等四个阶段;学科互动频繁,研究成果丰硕;主题聚焦于高等教育治理的理念本体、政策价值、实践应用以及"治理"理论在高等教育学中的拓展,呈现出显著的"延续性"与"创新性"特征;研究前沿集中在"新时代的高等教育治理"与"数字化治理创新"等呼应现实、贴合国家政策的重大问题上.最后通过对研究渊源、研究前沿、研究主体等方面的综合考量,提出关注多学科与多领域的跨界与融通研究,发挥数字化转型下具体实践研究的强作用力以及探索中国高等教育治理的"良治"图鉴等三个方面的研究建议,以期为高等教育治理研究的深入及其理论体系的构建和完善提供参考.
Diverse Features,Evolutionary Systems and Future Trends of Higher Education Governance Research in China
Higher education is an important vehicle for promoting social progress and building a new development pattern,and is a key support for advancing the process of Chinese-style modernization.In recent years,research results around higher education governance in China have been emerging.Content mining and data analysis of existing research literature are helpful to discover the characteristics,systems and future research trends of current research,which are of great significance to the realization of higher education modernization.On the basis,take knowledge association as the entry point and use bibliometric and knowledge mapping research methods to sort out the lineage of higher education governance research in China from 2003 to 2021,and conduct an econometric analysis on the multiple characteristics,evolutionary system and frontier trends of higher education governance research in China from macro,meso and micro perspectives.It shows that the research on higher education governance in China has gone through four stages,including academic thinking,learning from experience,independent innovation and system construction.Discipline interaction is frequent and research results are fruitful.The themes are mainly related to the conceptual ontology,policy values and practical applications of higher education governance,as well as the expansion of"governance"theory in higher education,showing significant characteristics of"continuity"and"innovation".The research frontiers are focused on the major issues such as"higher education governance in a new era"and"digital governance innovation",which are in line with the reality and national policies.Finally,through a comprehensive consideration of research sources,frontiers,subjects and other aspects.Three research suggestions are put forword,namely,focusing on interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary cross-border and integration research,giving play to the strong force of specific practical research under the digital transformation,and exploring the"good governance"map of China's higher education governance,with a view to provide references for the in-depth research on higher education governance and the construction and improvement of its theoretical system.
