数字经济、要素市场化与产业结构转型升级

摘要
作为一类高融合性、高协同性、高成长性、高科技性的经济形态,数字经济为产业结构转型升级提供新动能.立足 2009-2021 年中国 10 个国家级城市群面板数据,借助双固定效应模型检验数字经济、要素市场化与产业结构升级之间的关系.结果显示:数字经济、要素市场化与政府治理转型均能推动产业结构转型升级,且要素市场化、政府治理转型在数字经济推动产业结构升级过程中发挥中介效应.不同数字经济类型对各城市群产业结构升级均具有正向推动作用,且在空间层面呈现"东部地区>中部地区>东北地区>西部地区"趋势.相比于大型城市,中小城市要素市场化对产业结构升级的促进作用更强,数字经济对产业结构升级的促进作用偏小.另外,产业数字化对产业结构转型升级的作用存在显著单一门槛效应,即跨过门槛值后产业数字化方可显著推动产业结构升级.据此,提出构筑数字经济发展新生态、布局要素市场化配置新机制、构建区域协同发展新格局的建议,为产业结构转型升级提供新思路.
Abstract
As a high integration,high synergy,high growth,and high-tech economic form,the digital economy provides new driving force for the transformation and upgrading of industrial structure.Based on panel data from 10 national level urban agglomerations in China from 2009 to 2021,the relationship among digital economy,factor marketization,and industrial structure upgrading are examined using a dual fixed effects model.The results show that,both digital economy and factor marketization can promote the transformation and upgrading of industrial structure,and factor marketization plays a mesomeric effect in the process of digital economy promoting industrial structure upgrading.Different types of digital economy have a positive promoting effect on the upgrading of industrial structure in various urban agglomerations,and at the spatial level,there is a trend shows as"eastern region>central region>northeast region>western region".Compared to large cities,the marketization of factors in small and medium-sized cities has a stronger promoting effect on industrial structure upgrading,while the digital economy has a smaller promoting effect on industrial structure upgrading.In addition,there is a significant single threshold effect of industrial digitization on the transformation and upgrading of industrial structure,that is,when the threshold value is reached,industrial digitization can significantly promote the upgrading of industrial structure.On the basis,it is necessary to build a new ecosystem for the development of digital economy,develop new mechanism for market-oriented allocation of layout elements,build a new pattern of regional collaborative development,so as to provide new ideas for the transformation and upgrading of industrial structure.
