随着数字经济的蓬勃发展,数实融合已成为推动经济高质量发展的关键动力,并为供应链金融服务实体经济开辟了创新路径.为探究数字科技,特别是区块链技术,如何赋能供应链预付款融资支付管理的决策与创新,构建包含制造商和零售商的两级供应链模型,分析在上游制造商资金约束条件下,数字科技对供应链预付款融资模式运营和金融集成决策的影响.研究发现,数字科技能够显著提升供应链资金流转效率,降低交易成本和信用风险,从而增强供应链的稳定性和整体竞争力.此外,文章还探讨了数字科技赋能支付管理实现帕累托改进的条件和应用策略,为供应链金融的健康发展提供了新视角和新策略.
Digital Technology-empowered Decision-making and Innovation in Prepayment Financing Payment Management of Supply Chain
With the robust growth of the digital economy,the integration of digital and physical realms has emerged as a pivotal force driving high-quality economic development,thereby pioneering innovative pathways for the supply chain finance to serve the real economy.This paper aims to investigate how digital technologies,particularly blockchain,can empower decision-making and innovation in the management of prepayment financing within the supply chain.A two-tier supply chain model is constructed comprising one manufacturer and a single retailer,examining the impact of digital technology on the operational and financial integrated decision strategies of prepayment financing models under conditions of capital constraints faced by upstream manufacturers.The findings reveal that the digital technology can significantly enhance the efficiency of capital circulation within the supply chain,reduce transaction costs and credit risks,thereby fortifying the supply chain's stability and overall competitiveness.Moreover,the conditions and application strategies are also explored for digital technology to enable Pareto improvements in payment management,offering a novel perspective and approach for the robust development of supply chain finance.The mainly contributions are as follows:Firstly,by constructing a mathematical model for the decision-making of prepayment financing in the supply chain empowered by digital technology,it expands the theoretical research domain of supply chain finance.It not only discusses the application of digital technology in supply chain finance and the impact on corporate operations and payment management,but also provides a quantitative analysis of the impact of digital technology on supply chain prepayment financing and corporate profits,offering new theoretical perspectives and analytical tools for the field of supply chain finance.Secondly,different from most qualitative researches,this paper employs quantitative analysis methods such as game theory and optimization theory to study the integrated operational and financial decision-making strategies under the prepayment financing model of the supply chain,which provides a novel technical approach to addressing practical issues in supply chain finance,which is conducive to enhancing the scientific and practical nature of supply chain finance research.Thirdly,the conclusions can assist enterprises in effectively utilizing digital technology for innovative payment management,optimizing capital flow,reducing operational costs,and enhancing the overall competitiveness of the supply chain.Additionally,it provides references for financial institutions and government departments to formulate relevant policies,which are beneficial for promoting the healthy development of supply chain finance and supporting the quality and efficiency improvement of the real economy.
