位姿参数对光耦CT系统影响的仿真分析

摘要
计算机断层成像技术(computed tomography,CT)因具有无损检测特点被广泛应用,光耦CT系统作为CT系统的新分支,具有分辨力高、测量精度高等优点,但是,其成像质量及测量能力受到系统位姿参数影响.针对光耦CT系统,提出一种利用仿真研究位姿参数对其成像质量及测量能力影响的方法.该方法以X射线吸收成像原理为依据,利用Matlab构建仿真光耦CT系统,在不同的位姿参数偏差下,对设定的双球棒模体进行成像并重建,通过分析成像质量及测量的球心距,探讨不同位姿参数对系统成像或测量的影响.结果表明:在光耦CT系统中,需对微焦点射线源沿X、Y、Z轴平移偏差,旋转台端跳、径跳偏差,光耦探测器沿X、Y、Z轴平移偏差以及绕X轴的旋转偏差共9个参数予以校准.
Abstract
Computed tomography(CT)is widely used in many fields due to its non-destructive testing characteristics.CCD-coupled CT,which is a new branch of CT system,has high resolution and high measurement precision.However,its image quality and measurement capabilities are affected by the geometric parameters of the system.A method is pro-posed for investigating the impact of geometric parameters on the image quality and measurement capabilities of CCD-coupled CT systems through simulation.Based on the X-ray absorption imaging principles,the simulation system is constructed based on Matlab simulation platform.Imaging and reconstruction of a designated double-sphere rod phan-tom are performed under various geometric parameter deviations.The impact of different geometric parameters is inves-tigated by analyzing image quality and center-to-center distances of the phantom.The results show that:in the CCD-coupled CT system,calibration is required for nine parameters,including translation deviations of the micro-focus X-ray source along the X,Y,and Z axes,table-end jumps,radial jump deviation,translation deviations of the CCD-cou-pled detector along the X,Y,and Z axes,and rotation deviations around the X axis.
