摘要

针对带式输送机运输煤炭过程中煤流量检测难度较大且精度较低的问题,提出了一种基于B样条曲线拟合的带式输送机煤流量激光检测方法.利用激光测距仪获得了输送带上煤流的横向轮廓数据,将数据预处理后,使用三次准均匀B样条曲线拟合方法进行拟合,再通过梯形面积累积法计算出煤流轮廓截面积的瞬时值,并通过面元积分法,结合输送带的运行速度、煤炭密度等参数,实现对输送带煤炭流量的实时检测.搭建了基于LabVIEW 2018的数据传输系统和煤流量计算系统,并进行了仿真实验.实验结果表明:该方法能在保证测量稳定的情况下有效减小数据噪声,测量精度达到92%以上,具有较强的可行性和有效性.

Abstract

Aiming at the difficulty and low accuracy of coal flow detection in the process of coal transportation on belt con-veyors,this paper proposes a laser detection method of coal flow on belt conveyors based on B-sample curve fitting.The method utilizes a laser rangefinder to obtain lateral profile data of the coal flow on the conveyor belt.The obtained data are preprocessed and fitted by the three-time quasi-uniform B-sample curve fitting method,and then the instantaneous value of the cross-sectional area of the coal flow profile is calculated by the trapezoidal area accumulation method,and the real-time detection of the coal flow on the conveyor belt is realized by the surface element integration method,combined with the run-ning speed of the conveyor belt,coal density and other parameters.Finally,the data transmission system and coal flow cal-culation system based on LabVIEW 2018 are built and simulation experiments are conducted.The experimental results show that the proposed method can effectively reduce the data noise while ensuring measurement stability,achieving an accuracy of over 92%and showing strong feasibility and effectiveness.
