纤维素作为一种绿色生物质材料,具有来源广泛、生物相容性好、应用灵活的优点.将纤维素基材料进行改性,使其获得超疏水性质,可进一步拓宽其应用范围.本文介绍了纤维素纸基材料实现超疏水改性的常用方法,并归纳总结了纤维素纸基超疏水材料在油水分离、包装材料、纳米摩擦发电机、静电屏蔽中的应用.最后对纤维素基超疏水材料的未来发展进行了展望,为以后的研究和应用提供参考.针对不同来源的纤维素,应设计不同的工艺进行疏水化处理;从超疏水改性的原理出发,扩展纤维素基超疏水材料的功能化是未来一个研究方向.
Research Progress of Cellulose Based Superhydrophobic Material
As a kind of green biomass material,cellulose has the advantages of wide source,good biocompatibility and flexible application.The modification of cellulosic material to make it obtain super hydrophobic property can further broaden its application range in daily life.This paper introduces the common methods of superhydrophobic modification of cellulose paper based materials,and summarizes the applications of cellulose paper based superhydrophobic materials in oil-water separation,packaging materials,nano-friction generators,electrostatic shielding.Finally,the future development of cellulose based superhydrophobic materials is prospected,which provides a reference for future research and application.For cellulose from different sources,different processes should be designed for hydrophobic treatment.From the perspective of superhydrophobic modification principle,exploring the diversity of functions of cellulose-based superhydrophobic materials is a future research direction.
