Research Progress on the Preparation Process and Properties of Pulp Molded Products
In this article,the research progress on fiber selection and processing methods in the preparation of pulp molded products is reviewed,with a focus on the factors and related research that affect the barrier and buffering properties of pulp molded materials,in order to provide some reference for the performance optimization of pulp molded products.Pulp molding technology has been applied in many fields due to its obvious environmental advantages;however,due to the performance defects of pulp molded products,their promotion and application are still limited.In the future,more in-depth research can be conducted on pulp molded products from the aspects of plant fiber selection,high-performance composite plant fiber configuration,exploration of new molding processes and processing parameters,and product post-processing,in order to further improve the performance of pulp molded products and expand the application fields of pulp molding technology.
